Sprint Risk and Release risk in Agile Methodologies.
I came across very great questions that what would be the sprint risk and release risk.
What are the ways to mitigate those risks in Agile ?
I did research and also took help from Scrum community. I am trying to add few points here that might be helpful to know more about it.

- Sprint risk:
- Anything that can not be delivered either user story, tasks can be potential risk to Sprint as Sprint goal can not be achieved.
- Not delivering any value to sprint planned work
- any uncertainty that can hamper work and end goal can not achieve, value of sprint and end user not maximized
- Release risk:
- Risk can be anything if predetermined milestones are not achieved.
- Prior Sprint goals are not achieved.
- Main thing is to just to stick with current plan and not providing enough time to adapt and implement based on previous retrospect.
- Any insufficient value delivered and not up to the mark
- Not delivering the value of release to end user.
